Sarab Kaur is a Board Certified Therapist in Massage and Bodywork, a Reiki Master, Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, Certified Yoga and Ayurveda Specialist, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy and a Master’s Degree of Fine Art. Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy/Deepfeet Bar Therapy
Ashiatsu Oriental Bar Therapy/Deepfeet Bar Therapy is both a luxurious and therapeutic deep tissue massage in which the therapist Sarab Kaur uses her feet and body weight to treat the client. This deep tissue technique is deeply relaxing and helps relieve muscular pain, tension or tightness, but without the pain and soreness associated with deep neuromuscular work. It also helps to elongate the spine, support the lymphatic system to release toxins and after a few treatments can help improve posture and bodily functions.
