Teresa is a certified yoga instructor with seven years of teaching experience. She believes that yoga can be used as a tool for personal exploration and even ignite personal change, as well as offer physical and mental support in daily life.
Teresa’s private sessions get to the nitty-gritty of what you’re looking for in your yoga practice. She believes in meeting you where you are, and tailoring a yoga practice specific to your interests, ability, and needs.
Teresa’s group classes are primarily inspired by the Ashtanga yoga method. You can expect to challenge the body and focus the mind in a welcoming, non-intimidating, lighthearted atmosphere.

The initial session includes a twenty-minute consultation to discuss your needs and design your personalized practice.
