Dr. Kaleigh Mulpeter PT, DPT specializes in pelvic and perinatal physical therapy supporting her clients in general pelvic health, and navigating all stages of their perinatal and pregnancy journey.
Dr. Mulpeter received her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Vermont, and has since completed trainings with the Herman & Wallace Institute, Sarah Duvall, Ramona Horton and other world-renowned pelvic health and perinatal care specialists.
She loves working with a wide variety of conditions centering around pelvic floor and perinatal issues such as incontinence, diastasis recti, pelvic girdle and back pain, pelvic organ prolapse, and painful intercourse. She utilizes traditional physical therapy interventions such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise along with mindfulness, breathing practices, and yoga postures.
Dr. Mulpeter has spent thousands of hours and over 10 years teaching and studying yoga. Her practice continues to influence the way she connects with and understands the human body and mind. She takes a compassionate and light-hearted approach to her treatments, empowering folks to heal themselves and witness the wisdom and strength of their physical form.
When not working as a physical therapist, Kaleigh enjoys spending time with her daughter, partner and dogs. They like to get outside, hiking the Green Mountains, and have restful time reading, baking, and doing yoga.
