Welcome to Wellness.

At The Wellness Collective we provide a comprehensive “one stop shop” for clients seeking a more natural and sustainable form of healthcare and provide the resources for individuals to feel empowered about their health. During your visit, you will find a serene, welcoming environment for relaxation and healing. Our experienced practitioners create treatments tailored to each individual, and often collaborate and combine modalities to find the optimum path to health.

We’ve worked hard to create a safe space while we navigate the COVID-19 Pandemic.  Our practitioners and staff have implemented many safety and cleaning protocols to keep our community safe.  We continue to follow CDC Guidelines for Healthcare Facilities and Require Masking for entry and in common spaces.  Each provider sets protocols for their treatment space.

Corey Hershberg, LAc.

Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture

Corey Hershberg, LAc., has been practicing Chinese Medicine for 10 years and teaching for 5.  Her true passion is to help people understand their bodies better and make connections that can lead to healing.

While she treats all people, Corey’s therapeutic specialties are mental health, trauma, fertility, chronic illness, and pediatrics.  Corey utilizes acupuncture, herbs, moxibustion, gua sha, and cupping to provide a comprehensive Chinese medicine experience.

When she’s not treating patients or teaching,  you’ll catch Corey tending her chicken flock  and working on her Chinese Medicine Doctorate.

Dr. Kaleigh Mulpeter

Renewal Physical Therapy

Dr. Kaleigh Mulpeter, PT, owner of Renewal Physical Therapy, specializes in pelvic and orthopedic physical therapy, supporting people in all stages of their perinatal journey. Dr. Mulpeter received her doctorate of physical therapy from the University of Vermont, and has since completed trainings with the Herman & Wallace Institute, Sarah Duvall, Ramona Horton and other world-renowned pelvic health and perinatal care specialists. She loves working with a wide variety of conditions, including pelvic floor and perinatal issues such as incontinence, pelvic girdle pain, and painful intercourse, as well as general orthopedic issues such as acute injuries and chronic aches and pains. She utilizes traditional physical therapy interventions such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise along with mindfulness, breathing practices, and yoga postures.

Caitlin Perry, CMT

Therapeutic Bodywork & Shamanic Healing

Caitlin Perry’s background in massage is rooted in Chinese Medicine. She blends multiple styles of East Asian bodywork including Amma, Shiatsu, acupressure, fire cupping, moxibustion, and gua sha with her own intuitive skills to take care of each clients’ unique needs. Caitlin sees all people who feel drawn to the work and has extra training in pre/post natal and oncology massage. She likes working with people to help ease digestive distress, menstrual irregularities, fertility struggles, chronic and acute pain, depression/anxiety, and much more!

Caroline P. Boone, LMT & CMLDT

Wood Pigeon Wellness

Caroline began her journey in the holistic health field, by becoming a certified Reiki practitioner. She developed a passion for energy work and from her own experiences with physical pain, learned of the natural abilities our bodies have to heal. From there she trained at the Lauterstein-Conway massage school in Austin, Texas, where she received her 500 hour training in massage therapy. She also has received her certification as a manual lymphatic drainage therapist.

Though her focus is manual lymphatic drainage, Caroline has studied various systems of the body including craniosacral therapy and visceral manipulation.

Caroline believes that everyone has the power to heal their bodies and creates a space for you to do just that.

Jamie McKenzie, CMT

Therapeutic Massage

 

Jamie McKenzie completed a 750-hour Massage Therapy and Advanced Bodywork
program at, Elements of Healing School of Massage in Essex Junction, Vermont. Her
treatments combine Asian bodywork and deep tissue massage to open the energetic
channels and soothe the muscles to promote healing and balance. She is also a level II Reiki Practitioner and incorporates this energy medicine into her sessions. Jamie believes that by connecting to one’s physical self through holistic bodywork, we bring our mind, body, and spirit back to balance.

Treatments:
60 min Therapeutic Bodywork 
90 min Therapeutic Bodywork 

This treatment is a blend of Asian bodywork and deep tissue massage. The focus is to address blockages in both the energetic channels and physical muscles of the body.

Firm sweeping movements are paired with acupressure, Amma, and trigger point
therapy. Reiki energy medicine is also incorporated to open and balance the chakras. This holistic approach is beneficial for many conditions including muscular and skeletal pain, healing from injury, mental and emotional health, digestive issues, and sleep regulation.

Jennifer Marriott, LMT & RYT

Jennifer Marriott, LMT, RYT and VT Licensed Physical Educator – has been an instrumental part of the wellness field since she was a teen.  As a former competitive and collegiate athlete, she quickly became intrigued by alternative wellness as she sought out ways of healing to recover from injuries.  Her recovery and discovery journey kept leading her to acupuncture, yoga, massage and craniosacral therapy.  The past 10 years she has been studying and leading yoga classes (both public and private), along with offering Massage and Craniosacral Therapy.  Her intention is to hold space for clients to experience the magic of their truest potential and life purpose.  She helps unveil limitations and causes of pain, by holding safe and sacred space for individuals to grow and discover.

Stephen Choiniere

Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage

Stephen Choiniere graduated from Bodysoul Massage and Bodywork School in St. Albans, VT.  His services include relaxing Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage but will soon perform Ashiatsu Massage at his home practice.  He has worked at spas including Oasis Day Spa in Williston and the Top Notch Resort Spa in Stowe, VT.   When he isn’t working, Stephen loves to spend time with his friends, family, and numerous pets.

Stephen is drawn to making people feel comfortable and relaxed.  His slow flowing techniques are a great way to soothe tired muscles and calm the mind.

Heather Gallagher

Birth, Postpartum, & Death Doula

Heather has been a witness and advocate her whole life. Since she was a young child, she has been using photography as a simplified and exact way to communicate with her mother who is a deaf, Chinese immigrant with limited ASL and English language comprehension. She continues to use it as a tool to tell universal and personal stories across the spectrum of life experiences including birth and death and has been internationally recognized for her work as a birth and family photojournalist. In 2019 she became a birth, postpartum and death doula and with each client calls on her unique life experiences and perspectives to create a non judgmental and inclusive experience that allows the individual and/or family to fully experience whatever life transition they are going through in an emotionally safe environment. Heather’s role as a doula is to advocate for her clients, provide practical advice and support for the individual and loved ones, present options that help you transition in your most authentic way and help you and yours to process your transition, providing continuous care before, during and after.
